Word Power: Building Vocabulary through Latin and Greek Roots - Course No.: SS115 June 29 - July 9 GRADES: 9-12 CREDIT: None FEES: In District/$125.00, Out of District/$200.00 Become a Word Master! Expand your English vocabulary and learn how to decode unfamiliar words by studying Latin and Greek root words. Students will learn how prefixes and suffixes form, change, or enhance the original meaning of the root word. This class is also designed to aid with spelling and grammar. Note: There will be no classes on July 6th

  1. Each of the summer enrichment 2-week courses will be offered if a sufficient number of students enroll.

  2. Students WILL NOT receive D128 credit or a grade for these courses - their purpose is stritly for enrichment.
